This session will share knowledge on how to effectively communicate sustainability issues to the public, friends or colleagues. This will include how findings from psychology and social marketing can help us tailor our messages, how to avoid common pitfalls and how to deal with some of the common challenging responses to communication on climate change. It will be delivered by Chris Church, chair of the Low Carbon Communities Network, from 2.30pm until 4.45pm on Wednesday 8th September at the RCC (133 Loughborough Road, Leicester, LE4 5LQ).
