New summary of behaviour change tools for community groups to promote local food

A new report launched this week will see the tools and techniques used by government and business to influence our behaviour being made available to communities trying to engage more people with local food.

The report – Making Local Food Work: Influencing Consumer Buying Behaviour – has been launched by Making Local Food Work and draws together experts from behavioural economics and the local food sector to produce a document that puts the tools and techniques of behavioural economics in the hands of communities.
